Qualified Fitness Trainer

I believe that keeping physically healthy should be fun and vibrant! While some say time is our most valuable resource, I think what we truly value is energy. Often, it’s not that we don’t have the time for something—it’s that we lack the energy. Everything in life hinges on how well we manage and use our energy, and I believe exercise is one of the quickest, most tangible ways to give us that boost we need.

 

My goal is to show my clients that exercise can be fun, engaging, and something they look forward to each day. By making it a positive, shared experience, we build a sustainable habit that becomes an important piece of the puzzle that is our life.

Phyt Circuit

Phyt Circuit is your high-intensity session designed to get your sweat on and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Don't worry though! I will make sure there is an exercise option for all fitness levels. Whether you're brand new to fitness or have been training for years, I'll design a program that suits all. The main priority is to get my clients moving in a judgement-free and fun environment! I want my clients to have a great time and feel part of their community.

Phyt Functional

Phyt Functional is for those who want more of a strength-focussed session. Resistance training is designed to help us develop strength, build and maintain muscle and bone mass, and make everyday activities, like walking up stairs, easier. This session will still raise your heart rate, but not as much as Phyt Circuit! Again, this session is for most* fitness & strength levels.

*A small selection of equipment is available. For the seasoned trainer looking for a tough workout, difficulty can be added with pulses, slow eccentrics, less rest time, etc.
